After processing, standard shipping typically takes between 5 to 10 business days. As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Please note that during holidays or peak periods, shipping times may vary slightly.

We hope you love every piece you choose, but if you need to make a return, we are here to help. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. To begin a return, simply contact us at modernoasisliving@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives defective or incorrect. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you return the original product and place a new order.
